Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Career Support Freelance, we strive to maintain a fair marketplace for both freelancers and employers. Since our platform deals with digital services, the following policy applies to all transactions:
1. Refund Eligibility
Service Not Delivered: If a freelancer fails to deliver the committed service within the agreed timeline, the employer may be eligible for a refund.
Mutual Cancellation: If both the freelancer and employer agree to cancel a project before completion, a refund can be processed as per the mutual agreement.
Technical Issues: If a payment is deducted twice due to a technical glitch, the duplicate amount will be refunded automatically within 5-7 working days.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if the project has been completed and approved by the employer.
Once the digital files or services are delivered and used, no refunds can be claimed.
Subscription fees (if any) or platform processing fees are generally non-refundable.
3. Cancellation Process
Users can request a cancellation of an active project through the dashboard or by contacting official@careersupport1.com.
Our team will review the dispute and the communication logs to make a final decision on the refund.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, or Bank Account) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the provider’s policy.
