Shipping and Delivery Policy

Since Career Support Freelance is a platform for digital services and freelance work, we do not ship physical products. Our “Delivery” refers to the digital submission of work.
1. Delivery Method
All services (such as designs, articles, code, or reports) are delivered digitally through the Career Support Freelance dashboard, via the project message board, or through the registered email address (official@careersupport1.com).
No physical shipping or logistics are involved.
2. Delivery Timeline
The delivery time is decided mutually between the Freelancer and the Employer at the time of project hiring.
Freelancers are expected to adhere to the deadlines mentioned in their proposals or service listings.
Employers will receive a notification via the platform or email once the work is submitted.
3. Proof of Delivery
A project is considered “Delivered” once the freelancer uploads the final files or completes the service on the platform and notifies the employer.
If an employer does not raise an objection within a specified timeframe (e.g., 3-5 days), the delivery will be considered successful and final.
4. Service Costs
There are no shipping charges or handling fees, as all deliveries are digital. However, any applicable taxes or platform service fees will be shown at the time of checkout.
