  • To use our services, you must register for an account as either a Freelancer or an Employer.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activities under your account.

2. Services for Freelancers and Employers

  • Freelancers: Can create profiles, list services, submit proposals, and communicate with employers.

  • Employers: Can create company profiles, post projects, review proposals, and hire freelancers.

  • Career Support Freelance acts as a marketplace to connect both parties. We do not guarantee the quality of work or the character of any user.

3. Payments and Fees

  • We use secure third-party gateways including Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, and WooCommerce for all transactions.

  • Direct Bank Transfers are also supported for certain services.

  • Users agree to pay all applicable fees for the services purchased or rendered on the platform.

  • We are not responsible for any transaction failures caused by third-party payment providers.

4. User Content and Conduct

  • Users are solely responsible for the content (projects, profiles, messages) they post.

  • You agree not to post any content that is illegal, fraudulent, or violates the intellectual property rights of others.

  • We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Public Visibility

  • By using this platform, you understand that your professional profile, project listings, and service offerings may be visible to other users and the general public to facilitate the hiring process.

6. Advertising and Sponsorships

  • The platform may display advertisements from third-party networks (e.g., Google AdSense) and sponsored listings.

  • Interaction with any third-party ads is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

  • The Platform, including its logo, design, and original content, is the property of Career Support Freelance and CareerSupport1.

  • Users retain ownership of the content they upload but grant us a license to host and display that content on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Career Support Freelance is provided on an “as-is” basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

  • We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform, including disputes between Freelancers and Employers.

9. Account Deletion and Termination

  • You have the right to delete your account at any time through your dashboard.

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the platform without notice if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

10. Future Mobile Application

  • These Terms and Conditions will also apply to any future mobile application launched under the Career Support Freelance brand.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
